QUALITY CONTORL

Our quality control process involves having a dedicated QC personnel stationed on our production lines to conduct inspections. Before delivery, all products must undergo both in-line and final inspections. Our QC process includes the following steps:

1. Raw materials are inspected upon arrival at our factory.

2. During production, all pieces, logos, and details are checked.

3. Packing details are also checked during production.

4. The final inspection includes a thorough check of production quality and packaging before the finished products are delivered

A: We are professional kitchenware manufacturing company, our company was established in 2006, our company occupies 18000 square meters, more than 150 employees. We have 18 automatic production lines. We still have 6 punching machines, 13 press machines, 4 coating line automation and 2 package production lines.

2.Q: Can you produce according to customers' design?

A: Sure, we can provide OEM or ODM service, and help customers to design package.

3.Q: What is the duration of your delivery time?

A: Generally, our delivery time is 35 days after the receipt of deposit. The exact time will depend on the quantity of your order.

4. What is your payment method?

A: Our usual payment method is TT (Telegraphic Transfer) with 30% deposit and the balance paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (BL) or a Letter of Credit (LC).
