Jiangsu Dekun Metal is a manufacturer specialized in manufacturing cold drawn seamless stainless steel tubes. It is a kind of steel pipe, which is different from hot-rolled pipe according to different classifications of production processes. In the process of expanding the diameter of blank or raw material pipe, it is processed by multi-pass cold drawing, usually on 0.5-100T single-chain or double-chain cold drawing machine.

This tube includes mechanically polished cleaning tube and bright annealing cleaning tube. The tubes need to be mechanical polished. Mechanical polishing can be divided into three steps: Coarse Grinding, Fine Grinding, and QC of external surface(Visual exam of inner pipe, appearance inspection, roughness, roundness, outside diameter thickness). Then degreasing is necessary.

Degreasing also includes three steps, namely degreasing, passivation, RO water rinse. After another inspection, all tubes can be packed and ready for shipment.

We can polish a wide range of polished stainless steel pipe in diameter 4.0mm to 1219mm. And the wall thickness ranges from 0.5mm to 100mm. For metal, we are serious.

Stainless steel pipes shall be pickled free of scale. When bright annealing is used, pickling is not necessary.

Polished dekun steel pipes from Sheye Metal are packed according to the customer's requirement. To avoid any damage which might be caused during international transportation, we provide some optional packaging methods, including woven bags, plywood cases, and wooden boxes.
